Seedy Saturday Vendors

Are you interested in the opportunity to become a vendor at the 2026 Seedy Saturday? With over 600 attendees each year, this event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase and sell your products and/or services! We have revamped our vendor registration process as seen below:

1. Apply with your table concept

AVFSS is dedicated to creating a community event that is focused on gardening and local food offerings with priority given to vendors within these categories. Fill out the form on this page (below) detailing your product for our event coordinator to review.

VENDOR APPLICATIONS ARE DUE JANUARY XX 2026

2. Receive Confirmation

AVFSS will reach out to let you know if we have availability for your table at Seedy Saturday. If so, you will receive the registration and payment forms to confirm your spot at our event.  

3. Complete Registration & Pay

Please fill out the registration form and complete payment for your table. Single tables will be $35 and double tables $50.

4. See you At Seedy Saturday

After the registration process is completed you will be added to our list of vendors. Our events coordinator will communicate details and we will see you on February 7 2026.
