This FREE workshop is an overview class designed to introduce you to the wide and wonderful world of food preservation. Whether you are new to preserving or just want to explore your options, this session will give you a taste of what's possible. This is a not a hands-on class but a discussion of different preservation methods such as dehydrating, freezing, fermenting, salves & creams.
To access the family hub kitchen, use the parking lot located on 18th Avenue (past the bus loop) and follow the signage.
