Food Preservation Workshops

Join facilitator Monica Bradbury as she shares knowledge on safe, practical methods to stock your pantry, support wellness and enjoy seasonal harvests year-round.​ Each workshop will include step-by-step instructions, food safety guidance and useful kitchen tips. 

Our first workshop: Introduction to Preservation (September 16) is offered free of charge. You can register for all other workshops individually below or contact AVFSS for a discounted price to register for the entire fall series.
